Adding a description for the Attachments field from the field configuration, shows <p> tags in the create issue screen.

Issue Summary

When adding a description for the Attachments field from the field configuration, shows <p> tags in the create issue screen with the text you added in between the <p> tags.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Administration --> Issues --> Field configurations --> Choose any field configuration and click on " Configure".
2. Search for the Attachments field, click on "Edit"

3. Add any text (e.g Test 2)
   • 
4. Save and reindex in order for the changes to show.
5. Click on the Create button from the top panel in Jira
6. Check under the attachment field

Expected Results

The text added in the description shows the correct text added without the <p> tags

Actual Results

The text added in the description shows the text in between <p> tags

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Note

I have tested this on another system field like Assignee Field and the issue does not appear for that field, it seems to be only affecting the Attachments field.
