Upgrading Jira to 8.2.4/8.3.0 doesn't fix data broken by JRASERVER-69388

      Issue Summary

      With Jira 8.2.4 the JRASERVER-69388 is not affecting new data. However, the upgrade won’t fix the already existing problems.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install Jira 8.2.3
      2. Respoduce JRASERVER-69388
      3. Upgrade to latest Jira release

      Expected Results

      Problems introduced by JRASERVER-69388 are gone

      Actual Results

      Problems introduced by JRASERVER-69388 remain

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
