Description
Problem definition
The time of a license to be expired is unpredictable. Some licenses might even expire a day earlier than the expected date. This is an issue similar to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-66259
Steps to reproduce the issue
- Generate a few evaluation licenses for Service Desk in different time zones.
- Apply the evaluation license in Jira.
- Change the server date to the expiry date of the evaluation license.
- Adjust the server time to estimate the time that the evaluation license gets expired and cause https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-3217. Note down the estimated time.
- Repeat steps 2 - 4 with another any licenses.
Expected result
The licenses stop working only on next day of the expiry date.
Actual result
The licenses might expire a day earlier or any time on the expiry day.
