    Description

      For example:

      1. license generated on May 19, 2014
      2. in my.atlassian.com , it shows the license expires on June 18,2014
      3. in JIRA, the license's seems to be expires on June 17,2014
        this also also affecting plugin's with license

      This inconsistency causing JIRA sending notification to administrator a day earlier than expected.
