Hello Everyone,
While we do not currently provide a standalone template we do support our products when they are deployed on AWS infrastructure providing the infrastructure deployed is meeting the minimum system requirements and the cause of any problems isn't specifically an AWS issue (like SSH keys or security groups, etc).
This suggestion is tracking updating our Supported Platforms to include these details.
Cheers!

Supported Platforms documentation is not clear regarding AWS
I want to host JIRA on a Windows or Linux system running on AWS EC2. I want to connect it to a supported database platform running on Amazon RDS.
Looking at Supported platforms, it's not clear whether this is supported or if the whole of AWS is only supported for JIRA Data Center customers.
Suggested Solution
Clarify the Supported platforms documentation to indicate that single-node EC2 OS instances and RDS hosted databases fall within the realm of "supported platforms."
