      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a new issue in any project.
      2. Attach a file to the issue of any type.
      3. Click Comment. Ensure that the visual editor is selected.
      4. Click the attachments dropdown and select the file you just attached.
      5. Type any character (for example, q).
      6. Press backspace.
      7. Press enter.
      8. Add more text to the comment (for example, hi there, hello).

      Expected Results

      Text appears normal.

      Actual Results

      Text is superscripted.

      Notes

Was not able to reproduce issue in Firefox or IE. Does not occur with image attachments.

      Workaround

Select the plain "Text" editor and remove the caret symbols bracketing the superscripted text.
