      Problem Definition

      Currently, if a user is a Portfolio Admin and not a JIRA admin, then he will need websudo to be disabled to access the administration parts of Portfolio: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/PORTFOLIOKB/Portfolio+Adminstration+permission+does+not+grant+access+to+the+administration

      Suggested Solution

      Portfolio Admins should be able to access the administration of portfolio with websudo being disabled.
