Summary

In IE 11 when you go to project/issues and are looking at the open issues for the project the scroll bar to scroll the issues pane does not scroll in IE 11 with JIRA 7.2. You can click on an issue and then use the arrow keys to move the bar but once the issue selected is at the top you can no longer scroll further.

Environment

IE11 browser

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a project and then select 'issues'
2. attempt to scroll the issues pane either by dragging the scroll bar or using the mousewheel.

Expected Results

Issue pane scrolls

Actual Results

Issue pane does not scroll and jumps instantly back to the top
