Problem Definition

While browsing for issues in the Issue Navigator (detailed view) using IE 11, the Scrollbar keeps jumping back up to the top of the list.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. Open JAC in IE 11.
2. Go to Issues > Search for issues.
3. Change the view to Detail view if not already.
4. Drag the Scrollbar of the issue list to the bottom of the page or scroll using the mouse scroller.

Expected Result

User will be able to scroll to the bottom of the issue list

Actual Result

The Scroll bar keeps jumping back up to the top of the list, users are unable to scroll down to see any issues

Workaround

• Please use the List View to search for issues.
• Please use other browsers like Chrome and Firefox.
