      It seems that there is a minor bug in the date picker in the german version.
      The month march is translated "März" in german. The Datepicker generates the following format, if you pick a day in march:
      7/Mrz/15 (See attachment 1)
      This leads to an error (See attachment 2)

      The workarround is to set the format manually in the following way
      7/Mär/14
