Description
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install JIRA;
- Install Crowd;
- Configure Crowd to connect to a Delegated LDAP Directory;
- Configure JIRA to use Crowd;
- And enable SSO in JIRA;
- Using an user that does not yet exist in JIRA or Crowd, but that exists in the LDAP Directory, try to log into JIRA.
Expected Behavior:
The user would be created in Crowd and in JIRA, and would've been logged into JIRA.
Actual Behavior:
The user is created in Crowd, but not in JIRA, which displays the following message:
Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again.
NOTES:
This was reproduced using:
- JIRA 6.2.7;
- Crowd 2.7.2, and;
- Microsoft Active Directory.
JIRA will only allow the user to log in after the Crowd Directory synchronizes again.
