      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install JIRA;
      2. Install Crowd;
      3. Configure Crowd to connect to a Delegated LDAP Directory;
      4. Configure JIRA to use Crowd;
      5. And enable SSO in JIRA;
      6. Using an user that does not yet exist in JIRA or Crowd, but that exists in the LDAP Directory, try to log into JIRA.

      Expected Behavior:

      The user would be created in Crowd and in JIRA, and would've been logged into JIRA.

      Actual Behavior:

      The user is created in Crowd, but not in JIRA, which displays the following message:

      Sorry, your username and password are incorrect - please try again.

      NOTES:

      This was reproduced using:

      • JIRA 6.2.7;
      • Crowd 2.7.2, and;
      • Microsoft Active Directory.

      JIRA will only allow the user to log in after the Crowd Directory synchronizes again.
