Pie Chart color code is inconsistent.

      From the attached file, it appears the color code of pie charts is based upon volume...Blue is associated with the greatest number. From a management perspective, a correlation of multiple projects would be better served if there were a consistent use of color based upon the entity. In the example provided, Blue should either represent Opened, or Closed, in a consistent fashion. If this is a configurable entity, please advise where and how to accomplish this task...thank you.
