Changing Reporter when creating ticket shows that person as the ticket creator

    Description

      1. Create a Jira ticket
      2. While creating the ticket, select someone other than yourself as the Reporter
      3. Save the ticket

      Expected Result
      On clicking 'Activity' at the bottom, it shows you as having created the ticket

      Actual Result
      'Activity' shows the person you made the Reporter as having created the ticket.

      I can think of so many reasons why this is bad for auditing purposes. The ability to create a bunch of defects with no traceability back to yourself is just not good.
