"Components" dropdown doesn't work in the Issue Collector

      When creating an Issue Collector in JIRA and adding the "Components" field to it, the dropdown feature doesn't work in this field.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Create an Issue Collector;
      2. Add the "Components" field to it;
      3. Add this Issue Collector as an Announcement Banner for testing;
      4. Open the Announcement Banner and click on the dropdown option in the "Components" field;

      Workaround

      Change the render of the "Components" field from "Auto Complete Renderer" to "Select List Renderer". This will get this problem to work with a select list instead of the dropdown.

      This also occurs with the "Priority" field, but this is already reported in JRA-30051.
      This also affect the Affect Version/s field.
