Issue Collector doesn't work in Jira with required selection fields

Embedding issue collector in JIRA itself (adding code via "announcement banner" section ) and selecting an issue type which has more than the "summary" field needed (here: component) the drop-down selection isn't accessible neither via keyboard nor mouse!
That's boring!

Also reproducible without adding code to announcement banner via "preview" when issue collector has been saved once (see screenshot attached)

Same collector used in another environment works fine! (see second screenshot)
