This is a follow-on from ~~JRA-1549~~.

We want to detect when a user in a Crowd server has had her username changed, and treat this as a "rename" instead of as a delete and insert.

Important! Please note that user renames are currently only detected when using "full synchronisation", not for "incremental synchronisation".
