Clicking cog icon on Shared Filters/Dashboards screen when the list is sorted does not work.

Summary of bug

If a user re-orders his/her favorite dashboards/filters, after re-ordering, the user is unable to configure the dashboards/filters anymore (the cog at the right side of each of the dashboards/filters). When the cogs are clicked, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a few new dashboards
2. Click on the 'Dashboards' dropdown menu, and click on 'Manage Dashboards'
3. At the 'Favorite Dashboards' tab, re-order some of the dashboards there
4. After re-ordering, try to click on the cogs at the right side

Additional Info

• Sometimes, after re-ordering, when the cog is clicked, the dropdown menu will flash and disappear. After that, when the cog is clicked again, it will show as usual
• However, most of the time, nothing happens when it is clicked
