Unable to configure favorite dashboards after re-ordering

Summary of bug

If a user re-orders his/her favorite dashboards, after re-ordering, the user is unable to configure the dashboards anymore (the cog at the right side of each of the dashboards). When the cogs are clicked, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a few new dashboards
2. Click on the 'Dashboards' dropdown menu, and click on 'Manage Dashboards'
3. At the 'Favorite Dashboards' tab, re-order some of the dashboards there
4. After re-ordering, try to click on the cogs at the right side

Additional Info

• Sometimes, after re-ordering, when the cog is clicked, the dropdown menu will flash and disappear. After that, when the cog is clicked again, it will show as usual
• However, most of the time, nothing happens when it is clicked

Workaround

Refresh the page after moving an item
