    Description

In IE8, if you use the noformat tag, and cut and paste a list/table containing multiple columns into the window, after you put the ending noformat tag in, and save the comment, you will end up with about 10 blank lines after the end of your last noformat tag. It does matter if the noformat tag is on the same line as the last line, or the following line.

IE8 also cuts off the right side of the data after 96 characters, and forces the use of a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the window.

This behaviour does not appear in Firefox or Chrome.

This bug refers to the original question at: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/78767/is-there-a-way-to-eliminate-all-the-extra-white-space-in-a-noformat-screen

NOTE: I had to remove the squiggly brackets before and after the noformat word because they messed up this description.
