Description
Certain macros are not rendering correctly when using long lines in some browsers if the browser is not using a large enough screen resolution.
- Code, noformat and panel render incorrectly in IE7 and IE8 on both 4.4.x and 5.0.
- Panel does not render correctly using Chrome 17 and Firefox 10.

I have also included a comparison of screenshots from a JIRA 4.4.x instance as IE7 is unsupported in 5.0 (as per Supported Platforms) and this issue can't be used to replicate the problem.
Workaround
Code & Noformat: Use a different browser such as IE9, Firefox or Chrome
Panel: None at the moment
