The Issue Navigator summary screen in some cases does not show the "Select List" with "Multi Select Searcher"custom field values that the user is searching for.

      When importing data from 4.1.2 into 4.4.3, a user had a multi-select field broken by the database. Instead of the stringvalue being assigned to the index for the string value, the actual string value was inserted into the row. Tables attached.
