Re-Index Notifications Cannot Be Turned Off For Project Administrators

    • We collect Jira feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

    Description

      We have over 300 projects with various project administrators. Each time we make a change that requires reindex, we have a large list of people who receive a message that this reindex is waiting who do not have these permissions, and are confused by this message.

      This message should only be given to those users (jira-administrators and jira-system-administrators) who are in a position to act on the message.
