IE - Quick create issue dialog disappears while choosing a project / issue type

    Description

      Open up the quick create issue dialog (top right corner), trigger any of the drop-downs and hover over it for a while (~5 seconds). The dialog will disappear and has to be reopened. This might be confusing in cases where there are many projects/issue types and it takes time to choose the correct one.
