Currently, Managed Filters lists filters shared with 'Everyone' without authentication (e.g. SAC's one.
Despite that this functionality operates correctly and according to design we should consider improving the current implementation.
It looks like for some users the consequences of sharing filters with 'Everyone' is not so obvious.
Perhaps, better messaging on the Share filter page and emphasise on the effect of this configuration option.
Alternatively, we could empower administrators to control access to the Everyone option on the application level (private mode or general configuration).
