Wording for sharing Filters and Dashboards with Everyone is misleading

NOTE: This bug report is for JIRA Server. Using JIRA Cloud? See the corresponding bug report.

When users share filters or Dashboards with 'Everyone' the following message is displayed:
"Sharing with everyone will make this visible to users who are not logged in."

But this leads them to believe that only jira-users not logged will be able to view and not every person that manages to find the 'Manage Filters' or 'Manage Dashboards' link.

Also, on the 'Manage Filters' or 'Manage Dashboards' screen they are displayed as 'Shared with all users' which strengthens the belief that it is only shared with internal users.

It would be better to change this labels to 'Share with world' to enforce that everyone will have access to the filters.

Changed issue type Suggestion to BUG because the wording is simply wrong.

            'Everyone' is not 'All users'
'Everyone' is 'All users' + anonymous

After adding "Everyone", on the same Filter edit screen the Shares change to: "Shared with all users" and it misses to mention the anonymous access.
It should really say "Shared with the world"

            Same thing happens for Dashboards.

A good solution would be to also rename "Everyone" to "Everyone in the world"

I also believe the Warning message message doesn't help as well because it mentions "users that are not logged in". It doesn't say anyone in the world. It might not be obvious to all that it means the same thing.

            Suggestion. Change:

            • "Everyone" to "Everyone in the world"
            • "Shared with all users" to "Shared with the world"

Or similar... That would turn the warning message useless.

            Cheers
