In the new layout of the People section in view issue screen you are mixing status and action. I think, this is a bad idea. What should "watch (10)" mean? "watch" is an action. 10 is status. You should seperate this information.

You should stay with four lines

• Assignee = Edwin
• Reporter = Holger
• Watcher = 10
• Votes = 15

For the actions you should add icons to the top of the People section like you do it in Time Tracking section.

• assig
• assing to me
• start / stop watching
• add vote

Anyhow I like the new icons. The green plus is a good idea.
