Voters and Watchers links feel wrong

      The Voters and Watchers links seem out of place now. They made sense in 4.1 inline with the other "people". There's plenty of space in the right column for extra sections. Instead, could there be an additional sections for votes & watchers, and possibly even links to other issues over on the right?
