      All current notifications are related to operations on issue.

      Some project related events might be interesting to be notified of. The most obvious I see is 'Version Released' but other could be interesting such as version archived, component added, component removed, ...

      Workaround

      Check the Using Automation for Jira to create notifications about changes on project configuration on Atlassian Community for a suggested workaround.
