Quick Search entry is case sensitive

      With the changes in 2.3, the QuickSearch entry field is now case sensitive, we used to be able to just type in "bos-22" to jump to the issue, but now we have to type "BOS-22", minor issue, but it got me a complaint from our QA guy.
