Entering a word to search for in the quick search field, searches case-insensitive - but if I search for an issue number, the key is matched case-sensitive. I would like keys to be matched case-insensitive.

For example, with the key JRA, both the search for jra-123 and JRA-123 should take me to the issue (currently, only the latter does - the first does a search over all issues for that term).
