(apologies if this is a duplicate, I was unable to find any related issues)

We use all uppercase project codes so we have issue tags such as IT-10, ACA-422 etc.

When searching via the quick search, entering it-10 comes up with no results, whereas IT-10 takes us straight to the issue.
