Resolution: Fixed
As part of the fix for issue JRA-12525 warnings were added to various locations in JIRA when modifying mail handler settings. The warning message currently contains a link to the issue, however it should link to a page in the JIRA documentation that is a guide to setting the system variable.
The warning message is currently "The mail system property ''mail.mime.decodeparameters'' is not set to true. This may result in e-mail attachments with non-Latin filenames being ignored. See
{0} {1}for details".
