Step to reproduce this problem

1. Create two project and two new issue type scheme.
2. Set up the default issue type for the newly created issue type schemes (e.g, New Feature).
3. Try to create an issue

You will find that both projects are preselected on issue type Bug (first on the list of issue type). Please note that the problem cannot replicate if only one project is created and that both projects must be associate with different issue type scheme.
