Default Issue Type is being ignored

      IE6, Firefox 1.5.3 (note proabably does not affect Safari and Konqurer based browsers)

      When you set a default issue type in the project-administration section, it is not used when you enter a new issue for that project. Instead of the default issue-type the first issue type in the list of available types is displayed.
