It is nice that you can add descriptions for project components, but these are very "second class" descriptions compared to the descriptions of issues.

The "Browse Project" page lists the components, but they are merely links to searches, rather than pages describing the component (i.e. showing the description in more than a tooltip). Many other things would be relevant on such a "component" page - component-filtered versions of most of the things found at the "Project" level of abstraction. Since components have leads, these are very relevant pages for those leads. More than just a query result is warranted.
