Summary (Activity/Statistics) for each project's component

Since components are used to group issues within a project into smaller parts (https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/organizing-work-with-components-764478279.html), or even to add some structure to projects, breaking it up into features, teams, modules, subprojects, and more (https://www.atlassian.com/blog/jira-software/organize-jira-issues-subcomponents), it would be very useful to show activity and statistics for any component.

Moreover, such a summary would be even more useful if it can possibly be referred to with a clean URL such as:

baseUrl/projects/projectKey/components/componentName/summary

just like it is already possible for project:

baseUrl/projects/projectKey/summary

as component can not be specifically referred to with an URL at the moment. (Project's components can be browsed (JRASERVER-12373) with:

baseUrl/projects/projectKey/components

and component's issues can be browsed with JQL query URL.)
