Issue Summary

There's an issue when dragging or dropping multiple screenshots into tickets. If we upload 5 files at once for example, only 3 or 2 of them will upload, and if we upload 3, only 1 will upload.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a folder with several images;
2. Navigate to a ticket and add a comment (Reply to the customer);
3. Click on the "Attach image, video" button, in the upper formatting bar;
4. Select multiple files from the folder above (Ctrl+click / Command+click)
5. Confirm the selection and observe that not all the files were uploaded;

• The problem happens with the 3 attachment options:
  • Drag and drop / Copy and paste;
  • Clicking on the button:
  • 
  • Clicking on the "+" and "Insert image, video or file"
  • 

Expected Results

All the files to be uploaded

Actual Results

Only some files are uploaded

Workaround

The alternative would be to individually upload the missing files.
