Issue Summary

When adding multiple attachments to comments. It only adds half of them. For example, when trying to upload 4 attachments, only 2 are added, with 6, only 3, with 2, only 1. 

Issue occurs with JPEG, PNG.

Expected Results

All attachments should be uploaded.

Actual Results

Only half of the attachments get uploaded.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
