Issue Summary
Users are unable to upload all the selected images to a ticket's comments section. The problem persisted across different browsers and operating systems, including Mac and Windows.
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to any ticket, click on the comments
- Click on the add image video or file option, or try clicking on + sign, in the search type in image.
- Try uploading at least two image files simultaneously. I tried with 2, 3, 4, and 5 files.
Expected Results
All the files get uploaded without any issues.
Actual Results
- Only one file uploaded when attempting two files
- Only two files uploaded when attempting three or four files
- Only three files uploaded when attempting five files
Workaround
This only happens when the comment is empty. If you type any character prior to uploading the files they will be attached just fine.
