Issue Summary

When a JQL that doesn't return any issues is used in Jira Cloud for Excel, the add-in in Excel keeps on loading and never returns that no issues are found.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Excel online and add install Jira Cloud for Excel.
2. Go to a cell and use Jira.JQL(<JQL>) function and use a JQL what doesn't return any Jira issues.
3. Go to Add-ins section in Excel >open Jira cloud for Excel.
4. In Issues tab select =JIRA>JQL() function under the Import type drop own.
5. Click on Get data now.

Expected Results

The add-in should return that no Jira issues was found.

Actual Results

The add-in keeps on loading and never returns that no issues were found.

Workaround

Run the JQL in the Jira site issue search(https://<site name>.atlassian.net/issues/?jql=) and then click on Apps >  Export to Excel.
