Problem summary

In its current state, the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget does not support team type fields such as the system default Team field used for Advanced Roadmaps to use in the X/Y axis.

This also applied to the following statistical Jira gadgets:

• Pie chart
• Issue Statistics

Proposed solution

Add team type fields (or simply the default Team field) to the scope of the X/Y axis to be displayed in the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget.

Workaround

You can use the third-party add-ons (e.g. sumUp for Jira or Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards), which provide Two Dimensional Filter Statistics and other gadgets, that support this field and more.

You could also copy the Team field into another custom field that is supported using Automation for Jira with the "issue.customfield_10001.title" smart value. That said, you might have trouble finding a custom field type, that is both selectable in statistical Jira gadgets and updatable with Automation.
