Issue Summary

When creating and releasing a version, Jira is reducing the start and release dates by one day.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1
   Create a version, and select a start/release date
2. Step 2
   Open the Releases panel and recheck these dates.

   Expected Results

   The version's release date on the top of the page should be presented as previously configured.

Actual Results

It is reduced by one day on both dates.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
