Allow editing issues through the new CSV import method

      Currently, the new CSV import method under Settings > System > External System Import (New Jira import wizard) does not allow overwriting data (e.g. updating issues).
      Considering this is a heavily used feature, it is important for the feature to be available on the new import method before the old method's deprecation.

      Workaround

      • "Switch to the old experience" and continue using previous options (CSV/json) to edit the issues.
