Problem

The site is upgraded to a new issue view however the page createissue.jspa still uses the old issue view and formatting while creating issues.

Steps:- Use the below link to create an issue and observe the old issue view.

Suggestion

Continue using the createissue.jspa and Upgrade the createissue.jspa from the old issue view to the new issue view.

Workaround

• As using the URL has never been a supported way of creating issues, Create issues normally through the issue creating dialog within Jira is the main option.
• Use the REST API to create issues
• Use issue collectors.
• Use Forms
