Support for Rich text formatted custom fields as hidden fields in Issue view

Issue Summary:

Custom fields are visible in issue view, despite being empty (confirmed by JQL) and they are supposed to be hidden when empty according to the issue layout configuration.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add a paragraph field (supports rich text) (Text Field (multi-line)) to issue view screen under “Hidden when empty fields”.
2. Under field configuration, change the renderer from “Default text renderer” to “Wiki Style Renderer”.
3. Create an issue and don't add any value for the paragraph text field added in step 1.
4. Open the issue and notice that paragraph field with ADF format is not hidden under “More fields” in issue view

Expected Results:

As there are no values associated with the multiple text field it should have been hidden under “More fields”

Actual Results:

The multiple text field it displayed under “Details” section in issue view
