Issue Summary

External Resouces Icons are broken in the customer portal view but loads fine in the Jira UI 

(https://YOUR-SITE.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/<project-name>/settings/external-links)

This is reproducible on Jira Cloud : yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Project settings -> External Resources.
2. Click Add link
3. Select Self Help resource as the type
4. Fill the URL section and the logo will be automatically fetched by Jira.
   4.1 For instance, if we issue https://gmail.com it will automatically fetch the GMAIL LOGO

1. However, for few of the links will not render properly on the customer portal

Expected Results

External Resources Icon should be visible on both the customer portal and UI.

Actual Results

External Resources Icons are broken as shown in the attachments.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
