Editors cannot add or remove columns of the filter view

      User with Edit filter permission can not add or remove columns of the filter.

      Currently, only the owner of the filter can add or remove the columns.

      This issue also applies to re-ordering columns of a filter.

      Possible workaround:
      • Make a copy of the filter to become the owner.
