Adding columns to filter fails

      Issue Summary

      Despite you have Permission to edit filter you can't add more columns.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Ask somebody to add you as editor of a filter you don't own.
      2. Add new columns to the filters

      Expected Results

      Jira should add columns to the filter

      Actual Results

      Jira doesn't make anything

      Workaround

      Make yourself the owner of the filter to add columns.
