Dropdown options still visible in Team field despite removal from Edit Issue screen

Issue Summary

When the Team field is removed from the Edit Issue screen, it still displays a dropdown option to select teams. Users can't alter the team selection but are still able to access the dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Within a project, remove the Team field from the Edit Issue screen, retaining it only in the View Issue screen.
2. Navigate to an issue and click on the Team field.

Expected Results

The Team field should not display dropdown options as it should be in read-only mode.

Actual Results

The Team field displays dropdown options, allowing users to view team selections.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
