Issue Summary
When a transition is performed, a screen pops up to add an attachment, user will add the attachment and then complete the transition.
Once this is done, if we go to ticket we don not see any attachment added
Steps to Reproduce
- Create 2 or more issues in a service project, make sure you have a transition screen added with Attachment field.
- Go to Project >> Queue >> Select both the issues >> Perform a transition to add attachment >> attach the file >> Complete the transition'
Expected Results
Attachment should be added to the selected tickets while transitioning
Actual Results
Attachment does not get added and however the transition completes
Workaround
Transfer individual tickets to add attachments rather than doing them in bulk
We do have another workaround as mentioned in below article which adds the attachment using thumbnail or markup, but that fails to load the attachment after transition is completed
